In The Air 04:27
At times I think about the day we met. You were so radiant, and I could see the sheer excitement tower under me. It covered everything so naturally. A million miles had never felt so right, we’d talking the night. ’till morning was gone. And in an hour i’ll have to catch a flight, but i’ll be back sometime… Back in time we could go there, find a place to hide away make some shelter by the lake and i’ll be gone in the morning. Could we put this day on hold and figure how this won’t get old. The border drive feels longer everytime. You leave it upto life, perspective will change, and as it does the space between us grows. I think that no one knows how hard it could be to share our lives through a computer screen, and nurture all the things in each of our needs. And as communication breaks apart, I think we’ll fall apart. Back in time we could go there, find a place to hide away make some shelter by the lake and i’ll be gone in the morning. Could we put this day on hold and figure how this won’t get old. One more round on the ferris wheel. If what you fix becomes too broken, break and build again.

Sofa Boy 04:51
Stayed late, trying to find the answers, caught up on myself. I know it well. I’ve gone about this over and over, no reset for my mind. But that’s ok, it’ll go away. If you don’t tell, the weather won’t change. How could you get me? Long haul, crossed another border just the other day. They’re all the same. We’ve been a around this over and over. No reset for my mind. Driving down the interstate, we’ll drive away. If you don’t tell, the weather won’t change. How could you get me if you don’t get my interstate. Too late, look at the outside, I knew ya. maybe another time, I wonder.

Truth believer, build your own idea of what’s real. Choose the ether, elevate your fear of light. Constant dreamer, dream your world away each time. Skip the roadsigns, trip along the way, you can’t stay here anyway. Problem seeker, focused on what’s left behind. Finds the pattern only to extend it’s life. Constant dreamer, dream your world away each time. Ignore the roadsigns, trip along the way, you can’t stay here, anyway with your headlights off. For you’re your own worst enemy, and that won’t change. Ever. Flooded by all the possibilities taking a hold on your life. Of course how could the suffering be done. Let go. Let it be. Let it.

Three Ghosts 02:47
Hey boy, where have you gone? Your mind has come undone. If you don’t gather all the pieces of your head, and move along, well you might as well be dead. Eyes closed look out to sea. Three ghosts starring at me. If you don’t get along, they said. Then somethings wrong, you’ve got demons in your head. If you don’t change the song, right the wrongs you’ve set. Move along or you might as well be dead.

Her the sound of the alarm, Another 6am start to the day just like all the rest. Living on a train, vertical landscapes. Absent back and forth through all the places that consume you quietly. Now i know, just let it go. You’ve known this crowd for years, but never really shared the jaded sense of self precedence the bosses choose to feed. Now I know it’s all for show. Live to find their humble child eyes. Must get off this train. Seems so obvious. Another 6am start to the day just like all the rest.

During our EU tour with Mineral in May we took a rare day off in Dortmund and booked into a rehearsal space. We had a couple of ideas we had been messing around with for a while so this day off gave us a chance to sit down, take them apart, put them back together and play with them again. Something clicked, so we booked ourselves in to record them asap

Having done long album campaigns we thought screw it this time around! Instead of teasing you for 6 months with singles, we thought “Let’s just treat everyone and pop the whole thing online”. Want some new music? Sick. Here’s one big chunk of sweetness for you all: a mini album of massive heaters.
